Rob Allen has been in the pub trade for fifteen years, running pubs in different cities around the country. Originally from the west midlands Rob first moved to Brighton in 1999 and has been involved in some of Brightons iconic pubs and bars.
Previously of The Shakespeares Head in Brighton it was here that Esquire magazine featured them in their 10 brilliant british pubs by Tom Parker Bowles.
Kia White has been cooking since he was a kid, professionally for the past 8 years. His passion for food is unbridled and his attention to detail is why he believes his menu is the tastiest pub menu in Brighton.
